The lodge is constructed from timber grown in the sustainable forests of Scandinavia. It was constructed and furnished in 2006.  Well insulated and heated by thermostatic convector heaters, it is warm throughout the coldest weather. Furnishings are of high quality, seating very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms are bright, the master bedroom has a king size bed.

• Bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers. Single beds are 3 ft.
• Master bedroom has en-suite facility and king size bed
• En-suite has bath, thermostatic shower over, wc , hand basin and heated towel rail.
• Separate shower room with wc, light/shaver socket, heated towel rail, hand basin and washing machine.
• Living / dining / kitchen are open plan, spacious and well equipped. Patio doors lead onto south facing decking with table and chairs.
• Flatscreen freeview TV, video/DVD player / radio/CD player.
• Kitchen has electric cooker, separate freezer & fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher.
• Adjacent parking for two cars.
