Late autumn & winter only.

Heating requirements can vary widely during late autumn and winter so it is sensible to set a low rate for your stay and charge extra for heating rather than load each stay with a 'guesstimate' of electricity use.

For guidance, allow between £25 - £60 per week.

Electricity will be charged at 15p per kW-h which is below the current rate charged by the energy company.

A deposit of £60 / week is requested with the balance, to cover electricity use. The meter will be read on arrival and departure and excess payment returned to you within 7 days.

 

Remember, Spring, Summer and early Autumn costs are inclusive of electricity.
